Within the local church, God has established elders (also called pastors, shepherds, or overseers) to lead the church. They are not a "board of directors" or mere advisors to the pastor. The Bible charges elders as men with the important responsibility of providing spiritual direction to the local church under the guidance of the Holy Spirit and the Chief Shepherd (Jesus).
LifePoint is extremely blessed to have elders who are not only strong leaders and men of bold faith, but also humble servants who lovingly minister to the church family.
